RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Here at L Rae Moon, we want you to love your purchase - If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right.
Please note: due to the nature of handmade products, there may be slight variations and imperfections in some items. We believe this is one of the beautiful things about owning your handmade creation.
ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM DELIVERY DATE
Full priced items may be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit.
Items must be unwashed, and unaltered in any way in order to be accepted for exchange & returns.
We will not return or exchange items that have not followed correct care instructions - spot cleaning ONLY no machine wash or dry.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on any return or exchange (if item is incorrect or damaged, L Rae Moon will pay to ship) however, we will ship your replacement at no additional charge.
We DO NOT offer price adjustments or rain-checks
Purchases with an additional discount or promotion code are FINAL SALE and will not be accepted for return, exchange or ecomm store credit.
OUR QUALITY PROMISE:
If there is a problem with a product or an error with your order, e-mail or call 262.200.1973 and we will assist you. If we've sent you the wrong or damaged item, we will take care of the return shipping and ship a replacement at no additional charge to you.
TO COMPLETE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM:
When shipping back items, we suggest using a carrier that provides tracking as L Rae Moon is not responsible for any or all lost shipments.

Once the return is received, please allow 7 - 10 business days for the item to be processed back into our inventory. The original price of the item(s) plus any applicable tax will be credited back to your original form of payment.
Once the return is received, we will process a new order for your exchange and ship it at no cost to you. If the new item is higher price, we will contact you for additional payment; if the new item is a lower price we, we will refund the difference to your original form of payment. If you requested an exchange for out of stock yarn, we will need the additional time to source and make the item.
